Building a Sanctuary in the Present

About

It all started when…

Building a Sanctuary in the Present I have just developed and piloted an online learning experience called Building a Sanctuary in the Present. It is a 60-90minute process which allows participants to use either Lego or household objects to construct an inner sanctuary in the present. During this time, many are feeling even more overwhelmed than they were before lockdown. According to The New York Times, almost 40% of people are feeling even more burnout than they were before. In this virtual session, delegates will have a meaningful opportunity to reconnect with themselves in a way which is fun but also fresh and inspirational. Short, sharp vitamin Play injection. Opportunity for reflection, re-orientation, personal development. Moment for inspiration, self-insight. Chance to learn something new, gain a new perspective in a playful yet meaningful way. A quick but transformative experience in personal leadership development. Low risk, high joy. If you need inspiration, a change in perspective, a way to be with yourself that doesn’t require a large chunk of time.

Features One hour playshop focusing on nurturing yourself, building new practises for Hope and finding ways to explore opportunities for growth and meaningful change during a difficult period. Bespoke workshop which allows you to bring either Lego or household objects to the process. Simple exercises, meaningful connections, lasting results.
